It was not the first, by the time the anouncement came it felt inevitable.  Certainly by then not just myself but most were living on take aways, which is why I am explaining the pun to go.  It was such a long time away it didn't matter, there were of course those who would be affected but they drifted away from my memories, and my mind.  So, it was a little sad that I would not be able to watch the fine men and women compete but there have been many times in the past I have not watched.  I have never commited to one
