China ordered a lockdown for millions of people in Wuhan and Hunei province as the death toll reaches 18.  We know, we knew, but there was no need for concenn, they are so good at managing these things.  They have resolved it before.  How easy it was to think of them and they.  Millions of people were not allowed to do anything and it felt like a strange game for which I knew not the rules.
