Legal definition
Collaging together images from the news, or... understanding there are people who are concerned about how the changes will affect the situation they sponsor, or someone they know have an interest in, or someone they know might be affected in some way, or, well, it becomes a little vague, really, but there is a possibility and that is what is important, it is the principle of the matter, and that is what we are fighting for and they are not going to take that away from us no matter what the legal definition is. No way.
