Seen to be done... well, perhaps on TikTok it does need to be seen as that is all there is.  But what about that internal monologue, is that also bent by the fifteen second video format?  When I am reviewing my behavious should I berate and punish myself for my unkind and undignified actions or should I try to understand the root causes of the actions?  Surely a full root and branch examination would be a more productive way to seek out ways to avoid the deviant behaviours from reoccuring, but will the understanding negate the rightful shame I should be feeling, the shame I should be displaying for TikTok to accept my failings, for TikTok has pronounced the death penalty for far less.
